Join the Fight to Find a Cure with This Luncheon
EPIC Events & Productions LLC cordially invites you to participate in our spring 2017 “Designed to Dine” Fundraiser Luncheon. This year’s spring theme is “A Passion for Purple,” in honor of pancreatic cancer and 20% of proceeds will be given to the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation. The Designed to Dine Fundraiser will be held at Christ Court at The Tracy Center, located at 1800 North Acadian Thruway, Baton Rouge, Louisiana on Saturday, May 13, 2017 from 12-3 pm. The Tracy Center is a wedding and special events venue that caters to all denominations, with excellent catering and bar packages.
The Designed to Dine Fundraiser Luncheon is a semi-annual fundraiser event that features 10 – 15 tablescapes, completely decorated by local event designers, vendors, and businesses. A charity (or cause) will be chosen for each event (two charities/causes per year) to represent the theme of the luncheon. Each tablescape must comply to the theme, but the designers can be as creative as they choose within the theme, and can elect to design all elements (i.e. chairs, napkins, flatware, stemware, chargers, etc) to coordinate with their vision. The luncheons will include passed hors d’ouevres and an exquisite meal, fabulous giveaways, and musical entertainment.
At Parc Fontaine Apartments in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, we believe it’s important to integrate yourself into the community, which is why we suggest attending this event. Meeting new people, having unfamiliar experiences, and joining neighborhood activities is the key to an exceptional lifestyle.
